You acknowledge that anonymous usage may limit recovery of data or content if the App is reinstalled or the device is changed.

4. User Content

4.1 Ownership

• You retain full ownership of any images you upload.
• We do not claim ownership over user content.

4.2 License to Process

By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to temporarily store, process, and transmit the content solely for the purpose of providing the App's functionality.

This license automatically terminates once processing and delivery are completed.

5. Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• The content you upload
• Ensuring you have the legal right to use and upload such content
• Any consequences resulting from your uploaded content

We do not monitor, verify, or validate user-uploaded content prior to processing.

6. Prohibited Content and Conduct

You agree not to upload or use the App to process content that:

• Violates any applicable law or regulation
• Infringes intellectual property rights
• Violates privacy or publicity rights
• Contains illegal, abusive, exploitative, or harmful material
• Contains content involving minors in an inappropriate manner
• Is intended to harass, threaten, or harm others

We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access if prohibited usage is detected.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

• AI-generated results are produced automatically
• Results may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected
• Generated content is provided "as-is"

You acknowledge that:

• AI outputs should not be relied upon for legal, medical, financial, or professional decisions
• We make no guarantees regarding accuracy or suitability

8. Data Storage and Deletion

• Uploaded content is stored temporarily for processing
• Generated content is deleted from servers after successful delivery
• Long-term storage occurs only on the user's device

We are not responsible for loss of locally stored content.

9. Service Availability

• The App may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• Maintenance, updates, or third-party service issues may affect availability

10. Fees and Payments (If Applicable)

• Certain features may require payment or credits
• All purchases are final unless required by law
• Prices and features may change without prior notice

Refunds are handled in accordance with applicable platform policies.
