1. Information We Collect

a) Personal Information

• The App does not require user registration.
• Users access the App anonymously. We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or account credentials.

b) User Content (Images)

When you upload an image:

• The image is used solely to generate AI-based content
• The image is processed automatically by AI systems
• The image is not reviewed by humans
• The image is not used for advertising, profiling, or marketing

c) Automatically Collected Data

We may collect limited non-personal technical data, including:

• Anonymous device identifiers
• App usage statistics
• Crash and performance diagnostics

This data is used only to maintain stability, security, and performance.

2. How We Use Information

We use information solely to:

• Process uploaded images using AI models
• Deliver generated content to the user
• Operate and improve the App
• Prevent abuse and ensure system security

We do not sell or rent user data.

3. Third-Party Services

The App relies on trusted third-party services:

• Firebase — Backend infrastructure, anonymous authentication, and temporary storage.
• Fal AI — AI-based image processing and generation.
• OpenAI — AI-powered processing and content generation.

These services process data only to perform the requested functionality and are governed by their own privacy policies.

4. AI Image Processing

• Uploaded images are processed automatically using AI
• Images may be transmitted securely to AI providers
• Images are not retained by us for training purposes
• Processing is fully automated

5. Face Data

a) What Face Data We Collect

The App collects user-uploaded facial photographs (selfies and portraits) of parents for AI-based content generation. The App uses Apple's Vision framework on-device solely to validate that uploaded photos contain a face. No biometric identifiers, face maps, or facial geometry data are extracted or stored. The App does not use ARKit face tracking, TrueDepth camera data, or any biometric identification or authentication technology.

b) How We Use Face Data

Uploaded facial photos are used exclusively for the following purposes:

• Generating AI-predicted baby face images from parent photos
• Creating AI-generated family portrait images
• Generating animated dance videos from a face photo
• Creating AI-generated themed photoshoot images
• Analyzing facial resemblance between parent and child photos

Face data is NOT used for facial recognition, biometric identification, user authentication, advertising, profiling, or AI model training.

c) Third-Party Processing of Face Data

Uploaded facial photos may be transmitted securely to the third-party services listed in Section 3 (Firebase, Fal AI, OpenAI) solely for the purpose of AI content generation. All transfers occur server-side through Firebase Cloud Functions. These services process face data only to perform the requested functionality and do not retain photos beyond the processing session. Face data is not shared with any third parties for marketing, advertising, analytics, or data brokerage purposes.

d) Face Data Retention and Deletion

Uploaded facial photos are temporarily stored on Firebase Storage only during AI processing. Once the generated result is delivered to the user, the original uploaded photos are immediately deleted from the server. We do not retain face data on our servers after delivery. On the user's device, photos remain in the app's local storage until the user manually deletes them or uninstalls the app.

6. Data Retention

Image and Generated Content Retention

The App follows a temporary, processing-only storage model:

Upload & Queue Processing

Uploaded images are placed into an asynchronous processing queue. During processing, images and generated results may be temporarily stored on secure backend servers.

Result Delivery

Once processing is complete, the backend notifies the client application. The generated image is downloaded and stored locally on the user's device.

Automatic Server Deletion

After the client confirms successful download:

• The original uploaded image is deleted
• The generated image is deleted

Deleted content is no longer accessible from our servers.

No Long-Term Server Storage

We do not retain user images or generated content after delivery. Server-side storage exists only for processing and transfer purposes.

Local Storage Control

After download, content exists only on the user's device. Users may delete local content at any time using device controls.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

8. Security

We apply industry-standard security measures, including encrypted communication and secure cloud infrastructure, to protect data.

9. Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Updates will be reflected in the App or App Store listing.
